A. Personal Information & Accounts FitForge does not require you to create an account, nor does it ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on our servers.
B. Health & Workout Data All data related to your workouts, calories burned, progress history, and personal records is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to external servers.
2. App Permissions
The app may request access to certain device features to enhance functionality:
Notifications: To send workout reminders or daily challenges (Optional).
Internet Access: Required to load video guides, download updates, and access app content.
3. Third-Party Services & Analytics
While we do not collect personal data, we may use trusted third-party services to improve app stability:
Crash Reporting: We may use services (such as Firebase Crashlytics) to collect anonymous crash reports if the app malfunctions. This helps us fix bugs and improve performance. This data is anonymous and does not identify you personally.
4. Data Security
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend securing your phone with a passcode or biometrics to prevent unauthorized access to your fitness data.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Retention: Your data remains on your device as long as the app is installed.
Deletion: If you uninstall FitForge, all locally stored workout data and history will be permanently deleted immediately. We cannot restore this data as we do not hold a copy of it.
